We’ve had Suncoast Web Solutions host our website for the last year or so. We moved to them after having had enough of off shore help desks that you can’t understand and take ages to get back to you. Got to say the difference in level of support is crazy. One phone call which is either picked up straight away or returned within the half hour. Issue resolved. Why wouldn’t you?
