Meet Neil McNulty, owner and founder of Suncoast Web Solutions.

Neil brings over 24 years of technical expertise and experience growing businesses through technology and has operated Suncoast Web Solutions for over 20 years.

Behind the scenes, he ensures our servers stay secure and online, that networks run seamlessly, and client problems get solved quickly and efficiently. With a strong background working with servers, programming languages, and implementing efficient business processes, Neil has helped organisations of all sizes thrive.

Starting his first tech business at age 13, he has strong business credentials backed by the drive to innovate. He built his first website at 15 and server by 17, then began storing and hosting local business sites. His capabilities expanded to custom web development, internet marketing, and affiliate marketing.

Neil has worked on diverse projects with multinational corporations, sports professionals, and more. He previously served on the board of one of Asia’s fastest-growing outsourcing companies and is highly respected in the tech world.

His qualifications include being a Microsoft Certified Professional and holding WCAG accessibility certification. Neil’s technical skills include PHP, ASP, HTML, JavaScript, and more. He’s highly capable with Windows and Linux servers, virtualisation, and platforms like Microsoft System Center.

When not innovating online, you can find Neil camping, target shooting, watching movies, spending time with family, and automating with technology. His dedication and expertise give Suncoast Web Solutions a strong foundation.

Sarah brings over 11 years of administrative expertise to keep Suncoast Web Solutions running smoothly. As our administration officer, Sarah handles crucial organisational tasks like account reconciliation, email and phone correspondence, and processing invoices and bills. She also attends to the registration, transfers and renewals of domain names and the web hosting side of the business. She is responsible for developing and implementing customer-focused initiatives throughout Suncoast’s operations.

With over a decade of managing administrative workflows, Sarah has mastered working through red tape, tracking down missing documents, and she has a knack for problem-solving to keep operations streamlined.

In her free time, you can find Sarah at the gym, spending quality time with her family, or watching a good movie. Her dedication to organisation and process helps lay the groundwork for Suncoast Web Solutions’ success.

Introducing Chin, a driver of our digital marketing success. With over 10 years of experience, he leads and manages Suncoast Web Solutions’ digital marketing programs. His role involves strategically planning and executing comprehensive SEO campaigns, paid ads, and influencer collaborations. Chin also manages our talented digital marketing team.

Bringing 15 years of digital marketing expertise, Chin is highly knowledgeable in organic and paid search, website optimisation, social media marketing, email campaigns, Google Analytics, and more. He has a proven ability to conceptualise strategies that deliver significant ROI through both organic and paid efforts.

Chin has worked on diverse digital marketing initiatives with organisations of all sizes, and he’s received recognition like Best Newcomer and Best Performer awards for driving results. With certifications from Google and HubSpot, Chin keeps his skills sharp.

Outside of digital marketing, Chin enjoys playing and watching cricket, fishing, and spending quality time with family. Chin’s strategic mindset and hands-on expertise continue to fuel Suncoast Web Solutions’ digital marketing success.

Sanu brings over 11 years of digital marketing expertise to his role as Digital Marketing Team Lead at Suncoast Web Solutions. During his 8 years at Suncoast, he has driven client growth by creating and executing digital strategies encompassing SEO, paid ads, social media, and more.

With a strong foundation in website auditing, technical optimisations, campaign management, and analytics, Sanu has become a trusted leader in elevating online visibility. He works closely with executives, writers, designers, and developers to achieve success.

Certified in Google Analytics and Ads, Sanu leverages tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Hootsuite. He thrives at analysing data to optimise efforts and deliver ROI for clients.

Outside of digital marketing, Sanu enjoys bikes, YouTube, travelling, music, and spending time with family. He lives by the motto: “Arise, awake, and don’t stop till you reach your goal.”

As a Frontend Developer at Suncoast Web Solutions, Deepannita visualises website source files and structures sites according to the envisioned design. She then brings those websites to life through development and testing.

With 15 years of IT experience, Deepannita pursues career growth through challenging work that enables continuous learning. She contributes her expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Photoshop, Figma, and more to ensure Suncoast’s website looks good as well as functions as intended.

Deepannita focuses on creating dynamic themes, typography, layouts, and design and element testing. She has been involved in all phases of project execution, from design to coding, testing, launch, and beyond.

Outside of work, Deepannita spends time with family and friends, listens to Indian folk and Sufi music, and enjoys quiet time. She lives by the motto: “We travel not to escape life, but for life not to escape us.” Her passion shines through every website she helps take shape and launch.

As a skilled Backend Developer, Tuhina is a valued member of the Suncoast Web Solutions team. She plays a crucial role in creating and maintaining exceptional WordPress themes and plugins. With her expertise, she can effortlessly convert HTML to WordPress, making websites dynamic and easily accessible for administrators, and her dedication to optimisation ensures that sites perform at their absolute best.

With an impressive track record of 7 years as a WordPress and custom PHP developer, Tuhina consistently prioritises understanding project requirements and breathing life into websites on the backend. Her ability to design and build custom functionalities, seamlessly integrate JavaScript/jQuery, meticulously test sites, and facilitate smooth upgrades helps set Suncoast apart from others.

Tuhina excels in a range of tools and technologies, including WordPress, custom PHP, jQuery, JavaScript, and Ajax. Her extensive experience in plugin development allows her to add interactivity and enhance user experiences. She is also highly skilled in debugging sites to ensure flawless performance.

Outside of web development, Tuhina loves exploring the world through travel, indulging in culinary adventures in the kitchen, and she enjoys a shopping spree. Tuhina cherishes every moment spent with loved ones, and she lives by the motto “Difficult roads often lead to beautiful destinations,” approaching each day as an opportunity to create something truly meaningful.

Mohi brings 14 years of design expertise as our Senior Graphic and Visual Designer at Suncoast Web Solutions. Rejoining us in 2021 after some time with a leading automotive company, Mohi creates high-impact website layouts, branding, marketing materials, logos, and campaign graphics.

With a background in Indian art, Mohi has a unique ability to empathise with users and craft experiences tailored to their needs. His skills in typography, colour theory, information architecture, and more shape beautiful, effective visual solutions.

Mohi collaborates closely with clients to understand their vision and goals. He then leverages his proficiency with tools like Adobe XD, Photoshop, Figma, and Illustrator to bring stunning designs to life.

Outside of work, Mohi spends time with family and teaches design online. His favourite film is Lord of the Rings, and he lives by the motto: “Don’t be afraid of the space between your dreams and reality. If you can dream it, you can make it so.”

Charlotte, our highly experienced project manager, brings over 12 years of expertise to Suncoast Web Solutions. She’s a key team member who oversees and coordinaates the seamless delivery of top-notch digital solutions for our clients.

With a solid foundation in electronics, telecommunications, and extensive Scrum training, Charlotte excels in leading initiatives across a broad range of industries. Leveraging her exceptional analytical skills, management experience, and meticulous performance tracking, she consistently ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget.

What sets Charlotte apart is her unwavering determination to embrace challenges and problem-solve to overcome any obstacles that may present. Debobrata is an SEO enthusiast with a passion for optimising websites and driving organic traffic. With 7 years of experience in the field, he has honed his skills in the ever-evolving world of search engine optimisation and is keenly responsive to staying in touch with emerging SEO trends.

He’s been a valued member of the Suncoast Web Solutions team for the past 2.5 years, where he’s dedicated himself to the art of off-page SEO. His primary focus has been on building high-quality backlinks to boost website rankings and improve overall traffic for our clients.

One of Deb’s core principles is staying ahead of the curve. He’s a firm believer in continuous learning and adaptability, always keeping an eye on the latest trends and strategies in link building and SEO. Shari brings her passion for the written word and engaging storytelling to the Suncoast Web Solutions team. As a freelance copywriter and content creator who’s been working with us for 2 years, she delivers high-quality website content, articles, and social media posts for SEO clients.

With decades of experience as a high school English teacher prior to content writing, Shari has adapted her research and language skills from the classroom to business. She has a knack for quickly gathering industry insights, trends, and customer needs to inform her client content. Shari also adeptly matches her writing style to each client’s brand voice for cohesive messaging across their content channels.

Based on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Shari loves spending time with family and friends outside of work. She’s an avid NRL fan who also enjoys getting lost in a good book. Her favourite book is To Kill a Mockingbird, favourite band is Mental as Anything, and her all-time favourite movie is Monty Python and the Holy Grail.
